This note explains the procedures when an individual makes an appeal
against the decision to end their employment in the Civil Service. It is
updated regularly and it is essential that you read them. Although it
refers to dismissal the procedure is the same regardless of the type of
appeal. Please read the whole of this note now, and then look at the
appropriate sections again as the appeal proceeds. If you feel that you
need help, please contact the Secretariat at the Civil Service Appeal Board
(CSAB).
