This note explains how to appeal against the decision to end your
employment in the Civil Service. It is essential that you read
them. Although it refers to dismissal the procedure is the same
regardless of the type of appeal. Please read the whole of this note now,
and then look at the appropriate sections again as your appeal proceeds. If
you feel that you need help, you should contact either your trade union,
your Human Resources (HR)
Division or the Secretariat of the Civil Service Appeal Board (CSAB).
